The official Yume Nikki manga will be drawn by Hitoshi Tomizawa, author of Alien 9 and Milk Closet; that’s kind of the most perfect fit possible. I’m actually excited about this.
It’s interesting to see how the artist depicts Madotsuki in a hoodie, as I always imagined it was a sweater. The depictions of the nexus and balcony look really interesting to me (I like how the artist stayed close to the game’s original designs and art styles), and I like the little details like the boxes under Madotsuki’s bed.
It appears that the artist took the liberty of moving Madotsuki’s bed to the South-East corner of her bedroom, as we never see this wall during the game due to the game’s overhead camera.
I’d like to call this the Broken Hopes, Broken Dreams giveaway. I realized I had one more to do after the art one earlier…
I have these two Charizard I got in Japan - a Pokedoll that came out a day before we had to leave, and a Pokemon Time Charizard charm. It’s really cute, but I don’t like Charizard a whole lot. I bought these two Charizard items for a special friend, even though at that time I was really upset at that person. Then we parted ways because it never got better, and I’d rather not keep around things that upset me.
